Shipping & Returns

We want your shopping experience at The Inspired Dragonfly Boutique to be the absolute best!  If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!  Sometimes life happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We know you will love your items as much as we do! We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!  

Please carefully review our policies below for more details on shipping, returns, and issues with your order!


Shipping Policy:


  • We offer $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!  
  • Shipping is FREE on all subsequent orders for 4 hours after a paid order.
  • Orders are shipped out daily Tuesdays - Saturday
  • Special shipping arrangements can be requested via email
  • FREE local pickup is available in Lancaster, PA.
  • Accuracy of shipping address in PayPal or other payment source is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No changes can be made to address provided once the order is submitted.


Returns Policy:


  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Sale/clearance items and crystals/stones/jewelry are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Once the item is receive, returns are processed within 5-7 business days. 
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. 
  • If you are picking your items up in store, we suggest you pick up within the 7 day period as this policy applies to ALL ORDERS. If you opt to leave your item in the store longer than that, you realize that you are bound to the above policy as well.




  • Due to the limited number of BOUTIQUE styles featured on our lives and album sales, exchanges are subject to inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed. 
  • New items are sent out as soon as the incorrect item is received, provided the correct style/size is available. 
  • If the exchange item is not available, customers will be issued store credit. 
  • Incorrect and missing items should be reported upon receipt by emailing Support@TheInspiredDragonflyBoutique.Com


Order Changes & Cancellations:


  • Orders are initially processed within 1-4 hours and cannot be changed thereafter. 
  • Customers must contact us immediately for any cancellations and changes.
  • This also applies to adding in items to an existing order. 
  • If we are unable to add in items to an existing order, customers can take advantage of FREE shipping on all subsequent orders within 24 hours of the initial order.
